Pros and cons of LTWatch for London Transit app for iPhone and iPad

LTWatch for London Transit app good for

Great app, keeps me on time with my buses. One thing maybe to add is a refresh button, instead of auto refresh. Thanks LTC for making a great app!
I get this app four-stars because I think its fantastic when its working, it seems to be down more then its up.
Unlike the busses it actually serves pretty well. Great app man
You can favourite your most used routes, zoom around a map of London, and tap on any stop youd like! Key if you use LTC as often as I do!
This app is extremely useful and I use it multiple times a day. For the most part it is pretty reliable but occasionally you cannot connect to the server. I assume because of a delay on LT side, not the apps fault. One improvement I would like to see is a favorite stops option. Since most people are checking the bus times at the same stop outside work or home, it would be helpful to have a quick link to a favorite stop that showed the next 3-4 buses arriving. Also if this could show the next 3 buses of any route that would also be helpful. For example showing both the 10 and 13 bus in order of when they come. In summary, amazing app. Keep up the good work!
Great app with accurate (mostly) information about all bus routes. The only thing I would suggest to make it better would be to have a route planner where you can enter 2 locations (address, intersection. Etc) and it would tell you the best routes to get there - like the interactive map online but simpler. Also if you could see when other buses will meet at your stop (ie Im on the 16 and want to know when the 1 goes by Adelaide and Thompson) if the app could show both routes that would be great.

Some bad moments

This app is as unreliable and crappy as the London transit system itself, no surprise there.
Now it doesnt work at all. None of the stops show up anymore.
Current version fails to connect to LT after the app is minimized. Once this occurs stops wont load. App needs to be restarted every time it is used.
i did a review for the last update because i was only able to see the half of the new designed blue bar at the top but now with the new update , the whole blue bar is gone! i hope this will be fixed soon!
When this app actually works it is very helpful. Too bad that isnt very often. It is not something to rely on because when you need it most it "cannot connect to London transit". With full wi-fi? Problem isnt on my end.
This app has become a joke. It no longer works. At all. "Cant connect". It shows the blue line of the route, but no stops what so ever. The stops dont MOVE, why does it need to connect to show them?? The customer service is even a joke. Thanks for taking my money. Anyone have an alternative?
